AbtinAndCompany absolutely stands behind the value and quality of all its items. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 10 days for a full refund!
You can return your purchase to us within 10 days of the date you received the item, in its original condition. You must notify us within 5 days by e-mail if you intend to return an item for any reason. If you are returning an item because of a problem with the goods then you must notify us at the time of your intent to return, and those cases we will gladly exchange your item or give you a refund of your full purchases price and shipping. Please do not return an item until you have obtained a return authorization number (RMA) from us so that your return can be tracked and inspected.
If you do not give notice within 5 days, the goods will be deemed to have been delivered in the quantities shown in the delivery documents and you shall not be entitled and will irrevocably and unconditionally waive any right to reject the goods or claim any damages whatsoever for short delivery however caused.
Refunds will only be made on the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction within 30 days.
Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, the cost of return will be met by you. However once inspection has confirmed the registered fault from you we will refund the delivery. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment shall be made to us at the point of order. We must receive payment in full for your order before we can process it. You will be liable for all legal cost incurred in pursuing monies owed. Promotions available on our web site are subject to availability. Clients who shop online must be aged 18 years or over. Only the following cards are accepted by us: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and other payment methods accepted via Paypal.
Pricing & Promotions
All prices and charges are expressed net of TAX, which shall be charged and paid as applicable. The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web site at the time you place your order plus any charges for delivery. Occasionally there may be an error that has occurred with our web site and goods may be incorrectly priced in which circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price. If we discover that such an error has been made in the quoted price, we will contact you to confirm this.Availability of all items are not guaranteed due to continous orders and we will inform you as soon as possible upon receipt of your order.
